Silverthorne, Colorado

I'm at my folks place for the month of June.    I wasn't expecting it to be snowy and only get up to 55 degrees on a good day!   I didn't pack well for this weather at all.   It's also been raining a lot.   I suppose this weather is just getting me conditioned for Fall in the Northwest

Everything is online for Portland.   I've scheduled to have my utilities turned on in July.   I'm just counting down the days now.

It's not looking any better around here.

It's rained 18 out of the last 21 days here, 14 out of 16 in June, and the last 8 days straight. Temps have averaged almost 3 degrees below average, which doesn't sound like much, but when you consider what a climate change of 1 degree looks like, you can then imagine 3. And here's the best part:

By the time it's all over (assuming it clears by the end of that forecast) we'll have lost a full 1/4 of our summer to the shitty weather.
